I sincerely appreciate your business. When you buy Silky Mermaid, you are purchasing a handcrafted item developed with thoughtful research, adherence to all health and safety regulations, and a passion for helping people enjoy the benefits of soft, healthy skin.

While Silky Mermaid skincare products are made with premium grade, plant-based ingredients, they are not medical products and are not intended to treat, mitigate, or cure a serious disease or medical condition. They are not FDA reviewed or approved.

As with all natural skincare products, there may be variation in appearance and texture. Plant  butters, such as shea and coconut oil, will melt in temperatures above 80f. These butters may also get a grainy texture due to temperature fluctuations. This does not affect the product quality and can be easily fixed by gently melting the product and quickly refrigerating for 30 minutes.

Any unused portion should be discarded after 1 year. Time to re-order!
